He is survived by his wife, Alma Fiscal of Weslaco, TX; 2 sons, Jose Guadalupe Fiscal Jr. & Ezequiel Fiscal both of Weslaco, TX; 2 daughters, Abigail Lyann Fiscal & Gytzel Fiscal both of Weslaco, TX; his parents, Ricardo & Virginia Fiscal of Weslaco, TX; 5 brothers, Juan Ricardo Fiscal, Jaime Alejandro Fiscal, Juan Carlos Fiscal all of Weslaco, TX, Victor Hugo Fiscal of Rio Bravo Tamps. México & Julio Cesar Fiscal of Austin, TX; maternal grandparents, Virgilio & Bonifacia Torres of Weslaco, TX.
