PREVENTION AND OUTREACH SERVICES:
-PAROLE BLOCK PROGRAM - This program circulated petitions to protest the early release or parole of convicted murderers. -MURDER IS NOT ENTERAINMENT (MINE) - The MINE program raises awareness of the insensitivity of murder as entertainment. -SILENCED VOICES - This program advocates for the investigation and prosecution of those responsible for the murder of abuse children. -SECOND OPINION SERVICES (SOS) - This program provides second opinions on unsolved (cold cases) or complicated murder cases. -NATIONAL DAY OF REMEMBRANCE TO MURDERED VICITMS Every September 25 -APRIL NATIONAL CRIME VICTIMS' RIGHTS WEEK
